BR Services LLC (“we”, “us”) is a demolition, excavation, and grading contractor based in San Pablo, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through brservicesllc.online and in the course of quoting and performing work, how we use it, and the rights California residents have over it.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Name, phone number, and email address, when you submit the estimate request form, call, or email us
- The project address and property details, because earthwork cannot be quoted without knowing the site
- Photographs, plan sets, geotechnical reports, and permit documents you choose to send us
- Your description of the work, including access constraints, timing, and budget information you volunteer
Information collected automatically
- Standard server log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and pages viewed
- Approximate location derived from IP address, used only to understand which parts of our service area generate enquiries
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser in order to serve the font files; that request includes your IP address and is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and schedule a site visit
- To perform contracted work, including coordinating with your general contractor, engineer, city inspector, or utility locating service
- To place a USA North 811 locate ticket, which requires the excavation address and a contact number
- To apply for permits or provide documentation where you have asked us to assist
- To keep project records, photographs, and disposal tickets for warranty, insurance, and compliance purposes
- To send invoices and collect payment
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done either.
When we disclose information
We disclose only what a specific task requires, and only to:
- Utility notification and locating services, where an excavation address must be registered
- Municipal building, planning, and public works departments, where a permit or inspection requires it
- Disposal and recycling facilities, where a load must be attributed to a job or a diversion report is required
- Subcontractors and material suppliers performing part of your project, limited to the details they need
- Our insurer, accountant, or legal counsel, where a claim or a legal obligation arises
- Law enforcement or a court, where we are legally compelled
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may contact you by text about your estimate, scheduling, crew arrival, or an on-site question. Message frequency varies with the project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from phone or email contact about work in progress.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for approximately two years and then deleted. Records for completed work — contracts, photographs, depth logs, compaction records, disposal tickets, and invoices — are retained for the period required by California contracting, tax, and limitation-of-action rules, which is longer, because those records are frequently what protects both parties years later.
Your California privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion, subject to our obligation to retain project and financial records
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — though we do not collect information in that category
- Opt out of sale or sharing for behavioural advertising — we do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of
- Not be discriminated against, in price or service, for exercising any of these rights
To make a request, email info@brservicesllc.online or call (510) 277-6570. We will verify your identity using information already associated with your project and respond within the period the statute allows. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry details are held in business email and project management accounts protected by strong authentication. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website, and we do not ask for social security numbers or bank credentials by email or text. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
Our services are sold to property owners and contractors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page is updated. Where a change affects how we handle information already collected from you, we will tell you directly.
