Everything that happens before the foundation
Taking material out and putting ground into shape are two halves of the same trade. We run both, which is why a project does not have to change hands between the teardown and the finished pad.

Removal
Taking material off the property
Structures, slabs, pools, concrete, and soil — broken out, sorted for recycling where facilities accept it, and hauled on our own trucks.

Structure removal
Demolition
Controlled teardown of structures, slabs, and interiors — with the debris hauled off the same crew day.

Most projects use three or four of these
Garage replaced by a studio
Demolition of the structure, concrete removal for the old slab, a container for the debris, then excavation and grading for the new pad. One crew, one mobilisation, one price.
Pool becomes a yard
Pool removal and backfill, free fill dirt where a load is running nearby, then land grading so the reclaimed area drains away from the house instead of into the crawl space.
New fence and a wet corner
Post hole drilling along the boundary, trenching for a drain line to a controlled outlet, and drain rock delivered to the trench in the same visit.
Coverage
Where we work
Every service on this page is available throughout the radius. Access, soil, and haul distance are what change the price between one address and another.
